All climbing or all Downhill? Why not both? XC mountain biking will have you covered.

This series is XCO style which means competitors complete a certain number of laps around a defined loop course.

Open / Elite riders will complete the most laps with less laps required for other grades. For more technical courses, the junior and sports riders will have a shortened / easier lap.

Results

Hi all.

Please find results from today below. As always, let me know if there are any issues.

A dusty day out on the trails today with a few riders finding out how slippery dust can be. Apologies for the lap being shorter than I expected. That said, most of the riders I spoke to didn’t seem too concerned. It was great to see so many younger riders coming along and having a go including plenty of new faces.

Thanks to everyone who helped out today – it was great (and lucky) to have Pam on board for first aid; Elton, Adam, Nadine and others for setup and pack up; and Mark and Andy for taking the kids ride.

Next month is the State Champs at Maydena, and then we have our next club XCO round on Jan 31st at Belbins Rd. Hopefully MTBA and AusCycling will have sorted out there integration issues by then so entries work!
