What is it?
Adventure Rides are a great social ride which are not competitive. The idea is to go for an enjoyable spin in the countryside with friends – possibly on trails you haven’t ridden before. They are great fun, and are followed by some chatting while enjoying hot soup afterwards.
Ride length and difficulty will vary from ride to ride with the option of a shorter loop possible sometimes.
For this ride:

Rider skill level: beginner to intermediate

When is it?

26th August
Where is it?
Tangara Trail (seven mile beach)

What to bring

Riders need to be self sufficient with food, water, first aid kit, spares, etc. This ride climbs up to 1000m above sea level, so be prepared with warm clothes and wet weather gear in case the weather turns.
In terms of spares, we suggest 1-2 spare tubes, a chain link, spare derailer hanger, pump, and anything else you are likely to break…
We will have some lollies for you during the ride (but suggest you have plenty of your own food). We will provide hot soup and a roll after the ride.
