Part of the inaugural Hobart Wheelers Winter Hill Climb TT Series.

This race will take riders tackle two stages.

Stage 1 – Collinsvale Road 

Stage 2 – Springdale Road 

 

Race results will be based on cumulative times.

Race Details:

Individual Hill Time Trial

Stage 1 

Start at the intersection of Berriedale and Wallcrest Roads.

Turn left onto Collinsvale Road then to the peak of Collinsvale Road at Glenlusk.

Riders will then descend into Collinsvale which is a neutral untimed section.

Stage 2 – 

Start on Collinsvale Road at loop near Appledorf Creek.

Ride across the bridge and turn left into Springdale Road.

Finish will be at the high point on Springdale Road

Getting There

On the bike take the intercity cycle way and exit at Mary’s Hope Road, Berriedale Road or Claremont Link Road.  These roads meet at a roundabout from there follow continue along Berriedale Road.

If you are driving there is limited parking opposite the start of the race on Berriedale Road.

I am sorry that the race got underway late,  I was hoping to use a timing system that we use for mountain biking but unfortunately I could not get it to work at the start of the race.
